If you’re not counting your own ballots then you are being duped into thinking that your vote is decisive.

Your local clerk isn’t even counting your ballots.

Your elections are being centrally controlled at the state level.

It’s time to take back local control of your elections.

"Oregon Voter Rolls"

I've been preparing and distributing custom files for my Oregon teams which enable them to quickly identify election issues in their own neighborhoods.

While doing this work, I compiled a summary table which illustrates and confirms the recent court ruling that the Oregon voter rolls are horribly out of compliance with state and federal law. (My first draft is below.)

Some things to note:

1) EVERY county is out of compliance because the rolls are centrally controlled by the state. There are no exceptions.

2) The voter rolls are even dirtier in March 2026 than they were in January 2025, containing more active voters in the rolls than the Oregon voting age population (about 3 million).

3) Over the past five years, the number of registrants added and removed is equivalent to 70% of the number of people in the rolls.
Has the county population changed 70%? The county voter rolls have.

4) Half of the voter roll churn occurs with people who are automatically registered (NAV) when they touch some government institution.

5) Local clerks are not responsible for the excessive voter roll churn observed in every county voter rolls. The state system imposed on every county is the culprit.

6) Huge amounts of money and resources are being wasted, mailing and processing ballots for registrants who should not be in the rolls.
Not only is this wasteful, it makes Oregon elections super easy to cheat.

“Mr. Fix-it”

If you are waiting for President Trump to fix our problems in America, then you are the core problem.

America is an experiment in self-government.

No one is coming to save us.

We the People are the solution.

But for decades we’ve been conditioned into compliance and apathy.

Well past time to step up.

“Oregon Election EVIDENCE Deniers”

For years, those who oppose election reform have referred to me as an “election denier.”

And yet… even when I show them evidence, data from their own Secretary of State, they refuse to acknowledge it.

Election Evidence Deniers claim that the voter rolls are clean, even when their own Secretary of State has admitted that they must remove 800,000 ineligible voters from the rolls. Even when it has just been proven in court.

Even when I show them their own rolls… right in front of their face… for their own neighborhoods.

It’s Election Derangement Syndrome.

Election Evidence Deniers claim that there is no voter fraud. Even when we show them case after case of documented dead voters and illegal voters.

Very *severe* Election Derangement Syndrome.

Get ready Oregon… here it comes!

Starting now, our Oregon election integrity teams will begin reporting documented cases from their own communities into the public record during your county commissioner meetings and other formal venues.

It will be fun watching the Election Evidence Deniers squirm.

"Double-Checking My Work"

I appreciate it when people want to double check my work. But it requires a special set of advanced computer skills and many weeks and hours commitment to do so. I've never met an election official who can do 10% of what I provide to local election integrity teams.

Feel free to dig in! You will be shocked how bad the situation is. You can download the data from the secretary of state and the US Census.

But... I've learned that most analyses are impotent in the fight for election integrity. So instead of merely analyzing data, simply check out the rolls in your own neighborhoods.

Then you'll be even more shocked.

"Too Quick to Speak"

Election Evidence Deniers often object too quickly to my work, without thinking it through carefully.

Social media makes it espcially easy for people to expose their derangement and ignorance.

Better to think than to speak.

“Oregon Appearances Can Be Deceiving”

When I was a boy on the farm, I noticed a green patch of grass near the house. One day, I did some landscaping around it and manicured the lawn. It looked nice, surrounded by the otherwise dry terrain.

I was proud of my accomplishment, and showed it off to Mom when she got home. I’d set up a table and umbrella for her to relax in our charming country respite. I didn’t understand until I was older why this was unappealing to her, and she didn’t have the heart to tell me that I was dressing up the septic tank.

I think most Oregon election clerks are in a similar predicament…

They work hard dressing up their elections, but underneath their elections are full of human excrement.

And now that they know, I’m encouraging Oregon county clerks to behave like grownups and to manage their elections locally, instead of papering over the illegal, unconstitutional, election system that the state is imposing on their counties.

Ohio elections are institutionally and electronically rigged. Until citizens take back local control of their elections nothing will change. And yet, they continue to run furiously on their hamster wheels, wasting time and energy, getting nowhere.

Months ago I was told, “Dr Frank, we can’t implement your Seven Steps plan right now… we’re trying to get [so and so] elected.”

I replied, “Come and see me after you lose.”

At present, there is no meaningful election reform taking place in Ohio.

The Republican Party is compromised and complicit.
