If I lived in this guy's Kentucky district he'd have my vote. Top shelf.

If you don't vote in the primary election in your state, you are essentially conceding our country to the bad guys.

Vote on election day, in person, with your id, on a paper ballot. And insist that they record your participation on paper signature and that a hand count be done on the ballots.

And take several friends with you to the polls.

"Ohio!"

As confirmed by the recent NY Times article, Renacci has essentially thrown in the towel in the governor's race.

We always knew he was a loser... he couldn't win his race years ago, even when he HAD a Trump endorsement.

No, Renacci was always just an establishment spoiler, trying to keep the people's choice, JOE BLYSTONE, from becoming the next governor of Ohio.

If you are sick of the tyranny from our tiny little governor, vote for Joe Blystone on Tuesday.

It's important people. Do it.

"Conflict of Interest"

Don't you find it strange that the guy in charge of Ohio elections is a candidate in that election?

People... why do you think the establishment loves electronic elections?

Because they control them.

We gotta Vote Amish. All paper, no machines, one day, photo ID, hand count.

Either that, or they will control every aspect of your lives.

"Gracious Heavenly Father,

We have fallen into sin, and also our country.

We kill our babies.
We trample on the sacred.
We seek our own ways, rather than yours.

We deserve to be judged.

But it hurts!

Deliver us, oh God!

We repent!

Thank you for allowing us to live in these times, to witness and participate in your redemptive acts.

And we will give you the glory.

Amen."

"God's Hands and Feet"

It's humbling to realize that God chooses to use flawed people to accomplish his purposes.

He could just say the word...

But instead, He calls us.

Step up. Answer the call.

Here I am, Lord. Use me.

"Vote Amish Merch"

People have been asking how to get "Vote Amish" merch, so we've set up a web store!

We've kept the prices low, and set up the store so that 25% of all sales will be available to use for our election integrity efforts across the country.

People holding election integrity events will also be able to use the store to help fund their events.

Interesting to watch the entire national credit line (10%) being used in every state during an election...

Nellie and I voted in the Ohio primary today!

It was her first time voting, and she did great, mostly by herself. She told me she was voting for her "friends."

Perfect! I've taken her to many events, and she's made several friends on the ballot.

(Nellie had to vote provisionally because daddy didn't get her registered address updated in time.)

"We are only just down out of the trees."

I've seen so much bad behavior in people lately, I'm reminded of the physicist Malcomb MacGregor, the famous electron theorist.

He visited me in my lab during the early 1990's, and we were discussing the bad behavior exhibited by so many scientists during the paradigm change we were experiencing.

He said, "Doug, you have to remember that we are only just down out of the trees."
Still, I was appalled that my chosen profession of science, that was supposed to be pure and truth-driven, was so full of politics.

And now that I've spent so much time with governors, secretaries of state, attorney generals, and legislators--offices I had assumed were occupied by qualified people with integrity--I can't help but re-learn the lesson.

People are not nearly as altruistic as I'd like them to be.

"Politics is a Messy Business"

I've learned a lot in the past year. More politics than I ever wanted to know.
I can see why good, honest people wouldn't want to engage in politics. It's like swimming in a cesspool.

Nevertheless, it is our civil obligation. And the more of us that step up, the more the swamp will drain, and the more righteous our governments can become.

Sort of like fighting in a war. No one wants to kill people, but soldiers do it because someone has to. It is ugly business.

So think of serving a term in government as your "tour of duty." A messy job, but someone has to do it, and it might as well be hard-working, common sense, honest citizens that take a turn. After all, that is the way the Constitution was designed.

If we learned anything about government in the last couple of years, we've learned that a school board office may be one of the most important offices in the country. Right next to county commissioners, sheriffs, and county auditors.

We are winning the battle for election integrity across the country not because of meetings with high-ranking government officials, but because local communities are stepping up and demanding election reform.

The local offices matter. Take a turn.

I'm proud to live in a country built on a Judeo-Christian foundation. In a country populated with people that love liberty and justice.

But I am ashamed that we have fallen into depravity. Ashamed that too many of our citizens don't even vote. People who have no idea how amazing America is in the history of civilization.

We have no one to blame but ourselves.

It is time for sackcloth and ashes. It is the time for prophets. It is the time for action.

Or the beacon of liberty that America has been in the past will continue to fade, and evil will triumph.

In the end, the Bible teaches us that evil will have a heyday before the apocalypse and then judgment, followed by a rebirth of creation through a purifying fire.

No man knows the day nor the hour, and in the interim each of us must make our stand against evil.

Here, I raise my Ebenezer.

"Nellie's Vote"

I confess, I've debated whether it is ethical for Nellie to vote for some time. Does she really have the mental faculties necessary to vote responsibly? She is 24, and really bright. I have learned not to underestimate her.

Perhaps this is not even the right question. After all, former negro slaves were also not considered worthy of a vote or capable of voting. As a country, we repented of such thinking, and eventually fixed the constitution.

Still, I don't think it is fair for me to have two votes. I want to enjoy a single, untainted vote.

So last night while I was studying up to vote today I was studying the sample ballot. Nellie in typical fashion crawled into my lap to see what I was doing.

She began reading the names off the ballot she knew... Joe Blystone, Mark Pukita, and John Adams. Then she said unprompted, "I love them. I love Joe, John, and Mark."

That settled it for me. Love is a perfectly valid reason to vote for someone.

She did the ballot herself. She is one smart cookie!

"Watch Party"

I'm looking forward to attending Joe Blystone's election watch party tonight. I've never been to one before, and I'm thinking about what might happen.

I doubt that the election will be free and fair based upon all I've learned across the country. Nevertheless, I'm hoping that the will of the citizens will overwhelm the algorithms.

If the election is free and fair, I think Blystone will win the grassroots vote overwhelmingly. The question in my mind is whether that will be sufficient to overwhelm the suburban folks who know less about the "farmer."

Hopefully, the suburban votes will be diluted between DeWine and Renacci, and Blystone will emerge on top. I've not looked at any polling, this is just my gut.

But regardless of what happens, God is in control. At least I know that for sure.

When someone is making bad life choices you pray for a shallow bottom to their consequences.

At present, God is judging our nation. To me, the outcome of these elections is a barometer on the progress of our repentance.

I'm praying for a shallow bottom.
