fix(webui): defer loadUrl until WebView is laid out and support insets (#151)
The WebUI failed to load CSS/JS assets because the WebView was configured and loadUrl was called inside the AndroidView factory during Compose composition, which blocked the main thread and called loadUrl before the WebView had valid dimensions.
Refactor to match the KernelSU pattern:
- Create WebView and configure WebViewAssetLoader on IO dispatcher
- Build WebView fully on Main thread outside AndroidView
- Defer loadUrl until width > 0 && height > 0 via layout listener

Fix theme store download resumable transfer causing file corruption issue — When downloading via proxy (gh-proxy/gitee), only resume appending when server truly returns 206, and start over when server returns 200, preventing "half+complete" concatenation damage. .fpt; progress calculation synchronized corrected, progress smoothly increments instead of freezing when size unknown.
2. Fix theme store download error showing null and preview blocking installation* — Real reasons for download failure (HTTP status code, exception type) are no longer swallowed, empty URL and no message exceptions give clear prompts; preview download failure is downgraded to non-fatal, theme can still be installed normally.
3. Fix large module installation log causing TransactionTooLargeException crash — Merged upstream commit (cherry-pick), log displays status truncated at 100K characters, adapted to this fork's throttling/dual-buffer architecture.
4. Complete multi-language characters for cropping wallpaper feature — Added 5 strings introduced by free cropping feature for 17 language files.
5. Add custom wallpaper free cropping feature (#164) — Main commit merged, new capability added to this repository

4. Replace default icon with the sleeping image of Requiem (self-made)
5. Add security handling to some configuration files to avoid failure
