As usual, when sending the username to send a friend request or check the status of a friend, enter the codes related to the console before your friend's ID. Note that the ID is case sensitive. Also, Epic Games IDs do not need to do this.

*Currently, using the Authorization Code will not reset the password by Epic Games!
