Since 2008 it's been particularly easy to inflate the voter rolls unreasonably. For example, filling them with illegal aliens and non-citizens. How? Motor-voter legislation.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again... every piece of legislation that purportedly is designed to make voting easier is actually making our elections easier to hack.

Vote in person on election day.
Require an ID and a signature.
No mail-in ballots except in special circumstances.
Paper poll-books... non electronic.
Count the ballots by hand.
Video record everything.
Save everything afterward.
Anyone is allowed to audit the fully transparent process.

This is the state of the art.
