As you found out earlier today, FLOKI has partnered with BarnBridge to provide you with further DeFi exposure.

For those who might not know this, BarnBridge is backed by several institutional investors and some of the biggest names in DeFi including the founders of Synthetix and Aave. BarnBridge is also listed on the world's most respected CEXs including Coinbase, Binance, and Gemini.

BarnBridge has opened a SMART Alpha pool for FLOKI to allow FLOKI Vikings to get upside leverage and downside protection on their FLOKI tokens if they so desire.

This is a VERY SIGNIFICANT win for FLOKI for a couple reasons:

FLOKI TO BEGIN PHASED TRANSITION TO A DAO FOR FASTER ADOPTION AND GROWTH

After extensive discussions with key and strategic advisors, as well as after review of data and information from several reliable sources, FLOKI will begin a gradual and phased transition to a DAO.

This decision is informed by several reasons:

1. In order to ensure mainstream adoption for FLOKI, we realize the need to be tradable on as many mainstream CEXs as possible.

The need to be further decentralized is one of the key things these exchanges and our strategic advisors have emphasized during our conversations -- especially due to FLOKI's unique history and early struggles.

This phased transition to a DAO makes FLOKI more decentralized and secure. It also eases the process of FLOKI being listed on key exchanges.

2. Data and indications show clearly that being a DAO is the way forward.

This has been reinforced by key decisions made by several key industry players including:
