code 422:
This means that the number of tags exceeds the limit, both tagblacklist and safe mode will occupy the tag quota, and base account can only allow up to two tags. Gold account supports 6 tags.

Remember this:
"Set account" does not mean "Login", there is no verification process, this operation only queries whether the user exists, please make sure your password or apikey is correct
