Day 8/30: Persistent License Console & Quota Top-Up 🎚️

Nothing frustrates engineering teams faster during an unexpected launch surge than having their self-hosted license nodes abruptly hit hard request ceilings. Instead of fumbling through cloud dashboards on mobile, this flow pins a persistent operational keypad straight onto the operator's chat screen to query remaining capacity and dispatch real-time buffer boosts directly to their edge gateway via HTTP.post. When traffic stabilizes, a single tap dissolves the custom keypad and restores clean chat defaults.

📁 Filename: console.js
👨‍💻 Code:
sendChatAction("typing");
const key = await USER.getProp("license_key").value();
if (!key) return sendMessage("No active license bound to your account.");
const quota = (await BOT.getProp(`quota_${key}`).value()) || 100000;
sendReplyKeyboard(
`*Operations Console*\nLicense: \`${key}\`\nAvailable Capacity: *${quota.toLocaleString()}* reqs`,
[["/topup", "/status"], ["/exit"]]
);

📁 Filename: topup.js
👨‍💻 Code:
sendChatAction("typing");
const key = await USER.getProp("license_key").value();
if (!key) return sendMessage("No active license found.");
const quota = ((await BOT.getProp(`quota_${key}`).value()) || 100000) + 50000;
BOT.setProp(`quota_${key}`, quota);
HTTP.post({
url: "https://api.meshlicense.io/v1/sync",
body: { key, quota }
});
sendMessage(`*Quota Boosted!*\nAdded *+50,000* reqs. New ceiling: \`${quota.toLocaleString()}\``);

📁 Filename: status.js
👨‍💻 Code:
sendChatAction("typing");
const key = await USER.getProp("license_key").value();
if (!key) return sendMessage("No active license found.");
const quota = (await BOT.getProp(`quota_${key}`).value()) || 100000;
sendMessage(`*Telemetry Status*\nLicense: \`${key}\`\nRemaining Quota: \`${quota.toLocaleString()}\` reqs\nCluster State: *ONLINE*`);

📁 Filename: exit.js
👨‍💻 Code:
sendChatAction("typing");
const key = await USER.getProp("license_key").value();
removeKeyboard(`Console closed for license \`${key || "session"}\`. Default keypad restored.`);

💡 Native reply keyboards persist across mobile client restarts until removeKeyboard() runs, making them far more reliable during on-call emergencies than ephemeral inline buttons.

⚠️ Note: Point the sync URL in topup.js to your actual cluster admission endpoint and secure it with internal headers to prevent unauthorized quota spoofing.

Day 9/30: Inline Entitlement Inspector & Instant Status Badge 🔍

Every time a customer tagged our support handle inside a shared development channel asking why their build step failed, our engineers had to leave Telegram to query our backend. FlexGram’s file-based __inline__.js handler lets anyone on our internal roster type the bot's username inline right inside the customer's chat and get instantaneous license state cards. It searches Firebase in real time, formats a markdown entitlement pill, and injects verified seat limits directly into the conversation.

📁 Filename: command/__inline__.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const key = (inlineQuery || "").trim().toUpperCase();
if (key.length < 3) return;
const lic = await getDB(`licenses/${key}`);
const badge = lic ? (lic.active ? "🟢 ACTIVE" : "🔴 SUSPENDED") : "⚪ UNKNOWN";
const text = lic
? `🛡️ *License Verification*\nKey: \`${key}\`\nStatus: *${badge}*\nTier: *${lic.tier}*\nSeats: *${lic.seats}*`
: `⚠️ *License Not Found*\nNo active record exists for key: \`${key}\`.`;
const desc = lic ? `Tier: ${lic.tier} · Seats: ${lic.seats}` : "Unrecognized license";
await answerInlineQuery([{
type: "article", id: key, title: `${badge} ${key}`, description: desc,
input_message_content: { message_text: text, parse_mode: "Markdown" }
}]);

📁 Filename: command/issue.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const [rawKey, tier, seats] = (params || "").split(" ");
if (!rawKey) return sendMessage("Usage: `/issue KEY TIER SEATS`");
const key = rawKey.toUpperCase();
await setDB(`licenses/${key}`, {
tier: (tier || "PRO").toUpperCase(),
seats: Number(seats) || 1,
active: true,
updated_at: Date.now()
});
sendMessage(`🔑 Registered license \`${key}\` with *${tier || "PRO"}* tier and *${seats || 1}* seat(s).`);

📁 Filename: command/revoke.js
👨‍💻 Code:
if (!params) return sendMessage("Usage: `/revoke KEY`");
const key = params.trim().toUpperCase();
const exists = await getDB(`licenses/${key}`);
if (!exists) return sendMessage(`⚠️ Key \`${key}\` was not found.`);
await updateDB(`licenses/${key}`, { active: false });
sendMessage(`🚫 Key \`${key}\` is now suspended.`);

💡 Always sanitize incoming inline query lengths before reading Firebase paths so users don't trigger empty or runaway database lookups on the first keystroke.

⚠️ Note: You must enable Inline Mode for your bot in Telegram's @BotFather settings via /setinline for __inline__.js to receive incoming queries.

Day 10/30: Remote Node Attestation & Fingerprint Ledger 🛡️

Tracking down customer instances that clone VM images across multiple servers used to mean tailing access logs until our eyes bled. We needed a frictionless way to issue an on-demand hardware attestation challenge against an active deployment, record the resulting cryptographic fingerprint in Firebase, and catch identity drift before unauthorized nodes start consuming API quota. This setup queries the remote cluster over HTTP, checks the reported machine signature against our baseline in persistent bot storage, and writes an immutable audit record to the database ledger.

📁 Filename: command/attest.js
👨‍💻 Code:
if (!params) return sendMessage("Send a license key: `/attest LIC-XXXX`", { parse_mode: "Markdown" });
const key = params.trim();
const res = await HTTP.post({ url: "https://licensing.internal.net/attest", body: { license: key } });
if (!res || !res.fingerprint) return sendMessage("Attestation probe failed: Node unreachable or invalid response.");
const baseline = await BOT.getProp("hw_" + key).value();
const isMatch = !baseline || baseline === res.fingerprint;
if (!baseline) BOT.setProp("hw_" + key, res.fingerprint);
await pushDB("attestations/" + key, { hash: res.fingerprint, ip: res.ip, match: isMatch, at: Date.now() });
const tag = isMatch ? "✅ *PASSED*" : "🚨 *DRIFT DETECTED*";
sendMessage(`${tag}\nKey: \`${key}\`\nHash: \`${res.fingerprint}\`\nIP: \`${res.ip}\``, { parse_mode: "Markdown" });

📁 Filename: command/ledger.js
👨‍💻 Code:
if (!params) return sendMessage("Provide a license key: `/ledger LIC-XXXX`", { parse_mode: "Markdown" });
const key = params.trim();
const raw = await getDB("attestations/" + key);
if (!raw) return sendMessage(`No attestation history found for: \`${key}\``, { parse_mode: "Markdown" });
const entries = Object.values(raw).slice(-5).reverse();
const lines = entries.map(e => `${e.match ? "🟢" : "🔴"} \`${e.hash.slice(0, 10)}...\` from \`${e.ip}\``);
sendMessage(`*Attestation Ledger (Last ${entries.length})*\nKey: \`${key}\`\n\n${lines.join("\n")}`, { parse_mode: "Markdown" });

📁 Filename: command/rebaseline.js
👨‍💻 Code:
if (!params) return sendMessage("Usage: `/rebaseline LIC-XXXX <new_hash>`", { parse_mode: "Markdown" });
const [key, newHash] = params.trim().split(/\s+/);
if (!key || !newHash) return sendMessage("Missing arguments. Usage: `/rebaseline LIC-XXXX <new_hash>`", { parse_mode: "Markdown" });
await BOT.setProp("hw_" + key, newHash);
await pushDB("attestations/" + key, { hash: newHash, ip: "admin_override", match: true, at: Date.now() });
sendMessage(`Baseline hardware hash for \`${key}\` updated to:\n\`${newHash}\``, { parse_mode: "Markdown" });

Remember that pushDB auto-sanitizes database paths, so license keys containing dots or hashes won't corrupt your Firebase tree structure. 💡

⚠️ Note: Set FIREBASE_URL and FIREBASE_SECRET in your environment so getDB and pushDB have write permissions to your attestation root.

Day 13/30: Outbound Telemetry Webhook & Live Payload Dispatch 📡

Our higher-tier licensees kept asking for automated audit streams pushed directly to their own monitoring stacks whenever node entitlements change. Instead of wiring up heavy background worker daemons, we let teams link an external HTTPS endpoint, validate it with a live handshake ping, and fire instant sync payloads right through the chat interface.

📁 Filename: command/setwebhook.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const target = params ? params.trim() : null;
if (!target || !target.startsWith('https://')) {
return sendMessage('Usage: /setwebhook https://api.yourdomain.com/events');
}
const res = await HTTP.post({ url: target, body: { event: 'handshake', account_id: user.id } });
if (res && res.status < 400) {
USER.setProperty('telemetry_endpoint', target);
sendMessage(`Endpoint verified. Received HTTP ${res.status} handshake.`);
} else {
sendMessage('Handshake failed. Ensure your server responds with HTTP 2xx to JSON payloads.');
}

📁 Filename: command/synclicense.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const endpoint = await USER.getProp('telemetry_endpoint').value();
if (!endpoint) {
return sendMessage('No webhook linked. Register one with /setwebhook <url> first.');
}
const tier = (await FLEX.getProperty('plan').value()) || 'enterprise';
const payload = { event: 'license.sync', licensee: user.id, plan: tier, sent_at: Date.now() };
const res = await HTTP.post({ url: endpoint, body: payload, headers: { 'Content-Type': 'application/json' } });
const code = res && res.status ? res.status : 200;
sendMessage(`Telemetry dispatched to ${endpoint}\nResult: HTTP ${code}`);

📁 Filename: command/dropwebhook.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const current = await USER.getProp('telemetry_endpoint').value();
if (!current) {
return sendMessage('No telemetry webhook is currently active for this license.');
}
USER.deleteProperty('telemetry_endpoint');
sendMessage('Telemetry webhook endpoint removed from your profile.');

💡 Have your downstream webhook listener return an immediate 200 OK before queuing heavy database work so outbound HTTP.post calls never hang waiting for response headers.

⚠️ Note: Ensure FIREBASE_URL and FIREBASE_SECRET are configured so validated endpoints persist in USER storage across container recycles.

Day 14/30: Canary Channel & Feature Flag Matrix 🎛️

Rolling out pre-release binary builds to select enterprise customers used to mean hand-editing environment configs on remote servers whenever someone wanted to test an experimental kernel. We replaced that friction with an interactive toggle board where license holders can cycle release rings and flip capability flags in real time. Because FlexGram routes button taps directly to command files with zero-import state, updating persistent entitlement flags and swapping the inline UI happens in milliseconds.

📁 Filename: flags.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const ring = (await USER.getProp('channel').value()) || 'STABLE';
const ebpf = (await USER.getProp('ebpf').value()) ? 'ENABLED' : 'DISABLED';
const text = `<b>License Feature Matrix</b>\nRing: <code>${ring}</code>\neBPF Engine: <code>${ebpf}</code>\n\nTap below to toggle entitlements instantly:`;
const buttons = [
[{ text: `Ring: [${ring}]`, command: '/cycle_ring' }],
[{ text: `eBPF Probe: [${ebpf}]`, command: '/toggle_ebpf' }]
];
sendMessage(text, { buttons });

📁 Filename: cycle_ring.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const rings = ['STABLE', 'BETA', 'CANARY'];
const cur = (await USER.getProp('channel').value()) || 'STABLE';
const next = rings[(rings.indexOf(cur) + 1) % rings.length];
await USER.setProperty('channel', next);
const ebpf = (await USER.getProp('ebpf').value()) ? 'ENABLED' : 'DISABLED';
const text = `<b>License Feature Matrix</b>\nRing: <code>${next}</code>\neBPF Engine: <code>${ebpf}</code>\n\nTap below to toggle entitlements instantly:`;
const buttons = [
[{ text: `Ring: [${next}]`, command: '/cycle_ring' }],
[{ text: `eBPF Probe: [${ebpf}]`, command: '/toggle_ebpf' }]
];
answerCallback(`Switched to ${next}`, false);
editCallbackMessage(text, buttons, message_id);

📁 Filename: toggle_ebpf.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const next = !(await USER.getProp('ebpf').value());
await USER.setProperty('ebpf', next);
const ring = (await USER.getProp('channel').value()) || 'STABLE';
const ebpf = next ? 'ENABLED' : 'DISABLED';
const text = `<b>License Feature Matrix</b>\nRing: <code>${ring}</code>\neBPF Engine: <code>${ebpf}</code>\n\nTap below to toggle entitlements instantly:`;
const buttons = [
[{ text: `Ring: [${ring}]`, command: '/cycle_ring' }],
[{ text: `eBPF Probe: [${ebpf}]`, command: '/toggle_ebpf' }]
];
answerCallback(`eBPF set to ${ebpf}`, false);
editCallbackMessage(text, buttons, message_id);

💡 Tip: Firing answerCallback right before editCallbackMessage stops the Telegram button loading spinner instantly while your Firebase state syncs in the background.

Day 15/30: Emergency Grace Intake & Audit Escrow ⏳

When an enterprise client's renewal contract gets bogged down in corporate legal, their production nodes shouldn't shut down over the weekend. Instead of jumping onto the database console at midnight to manually bump expiry timestamps, we route operators through an automated conversational intake wizard. FlexGram captures the target license, binds their internal change ticket to our permanent audit ledger, hands out a 72-hour emergency token, and locks the seat from re-applying.

📁 Filename: command/grace.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const claimed = await USER.getProp("grace_claimed").value();
if (claimed) {
sendMessage("<b>Access Denied:</b> An emergency grace token has already been consumed for this license profile.");
return;
}
sendMessage("<b>Emergency Grace Intake</b>\nSend your target license key to initiate temporary bypass staging:");
waitForAnswer("grace_reason");

📁 Filename: command/grace_reason.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const licenseKey = message.trim();
if (licenseKey.length < 10) {
sendMessage("Invalid license format detected. Intake sequence aborted.");
clearWait();
return;
}
TEMP.setProperty("pending_license", licenseKey);
sendMessage("License staged. Now provide your internal incident or ticket ID for audit verification:");
waitForAnswer("grace_issue");

📁 Filename: command/grace_issue.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const ticketId = message.trim();
const licenseKey = await TEMP.getProp("pending_license").value();
const graceToken = "GRACE-" + Math.random().toString(36).substring(2, 10).toUpperCase();
await pushDB("audit/grace_events", { licenseKey, ticketId, graceToken, userId: user.id, issuedAt: Date.now() });
USER.setProperty("grace_claimed", true);
TEMP.deleteProp("pending_license");
clearWait();
sendMessage(`<b>Emergency Grace Granted</b>\n\nLicense: <code>${licenseKey}</code>\nToken: <code>${graceToken}</code>\nTicket Ref: <code>${ticketId}</code>\nDuration: 72 Hours`);

Always call clearWait() whenever user input fails validation, otherwise the user remains trapped in the conversational loop indefinitely. 🔄

⚠️ Note: Staging pending keys with TEMP keeps unconfirmed inputs strictly in memory without polluting your Firebase database.

Day 17/30: Metered Credit Burn & Quota Surcharge Ledger ⚡

SaaS developer tools running batch transforms or container runs cannot wait on manual invoices when an account hits high velocity. Instead of halting live pipelines mid-job, our CLI hits the bot to record usage against a balance and sync aggregate node consumption across the entire fleet in one atomic stroke. FlexGram handles state math directly against Firebase properties using .add() with signed values, eliminating manual read-modify-write race conditions.

📁 Filename: burn.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const [unitsStr, runId] = (params || '').trim().split(' ');
const units = parseInt(unitsStr, 10);
if (!units || !runId) return sendMessage('*Usage:* `/burn <units> <run_id>`');
const current = (await USER.getProp('compute_units').value()) || 0;
if (current < units) {
return sendMessage(`*Burn Rejected:* Insufficient balance.\n*Available:* \`${current}\` | *Requested:* \`${units}\``);
}
USER.add('compute_units', -units);
BOT.add('total_units_consumed', units);
sendMessage(`*Units Deducted:* \`-${units}\`\n*Remaining Balance:* \`${current - units}\`\n*Run Reference:* \`${runId}\``);

📁 Filename: grant.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const [tierName, amountStr] = (params || '').trim().split(' ');
const amount = parseInt(amountStr, 10);
if (!tierName || !amount) return sendMessage('*Usage:* `/grant <tier> <units>`');
USER.setProp('license_tier', tierName);
USER.add('compute_units', amount);
const updated = (await USER.getProp('compute_units').value()) || amount;
sendMessage(`*License Provisioned:* ${tierName}\n*Added Units:* \`+${amount}\`\n*Total Balance:* \`${updated}\``);

📁 Filename: quota.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const balance = (await USER.getProp('compute_units').value()) || 0;
const tier = (await USER.getProp('license_tier').value()) || 'Community';
const clusterBurn = (await BOT.getProp('total_units_consumed').value()) || 0;
sendMessage(`*Tier:* ${tier}\n*Available Units:* \`${balance}\`\n*Global Cluster Burn:* \`${clusterBurn}\``);

Passing negative integers directly into .add() safely decrements numeric properties without requiring manual arithmetic checks before saving 💡

⚠️ Note: Protect grant.js by checking user.telegramid against your authorized admin team IDs before invoking USER.add.

Day 18/30: Tiered Binary Fetch & Release Asset Dispatch 📦

Handing out private build tarballs through email links or one-off S3 presigned URLs gets messy fast when customers deploy across air-gapped or restricted VPC environments. With this setup, verified enterprise licensees inspect incoming build summaries and pull cryptographically signed release packages straight through Telegram on demand. The framework queries our internal registry API, displays Telegram's native upload indicator while signing the bundle, and streams the binary artifact directly into the chat session.

📁 Filename: command/changelog.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const tag = (params || 'latest').trim();
sendChatAction('typing');
const res = await HTTP.get({
url: `https://api.licensing.internal/releases/${tag}`,
headers: { 'Authorization': `Bearer ${process.env.REGISTRY_SECRET}` }
});
if (!res || !res.tag) return sendMessage(`❌ Release tag *${tag}* not found.`);
sendMessage(`📦 *Build ${res.tag}*\n\n${res.summary}\n\nSHA256:\n\`${res.sha256}\``, {
buttons: [{ text: `📥 Fetch ${res.tag} Binary`, command: `/download ${res.tag}` }]
});

📁 Filename: command/download.js
👨‍💻 Code:
const tier = await USER.getProp('tier').value();
if (!tier || tier === 'free') return sendMessage('⚠️ Direct binary downloads require an active *Pro* or *Enterprise* license tier.');
const tag = (params || 'latest').trim();
sendChatAction('upload_document');
const build = await HTTP.post({
url: 'https://api.licensing.internal/binaries/sign',
body: { tag, licensee_id: user.id, tier },
headers: { 'Authorization': `Bearer ${process.env.REGISTRY_SECRET}` }
});
if (!build || !build.url) return sendMessage(`❌ Failed to sign binary bundle for *${tag}*. Check tag name.`);
sendDocument(build.url, { caption: `✅ *License Verified: ${tier.toUpperCase()}*\nBuild: \`${build.tag}\`\nExpires: \`${build.expires_in}\`` });

💡 Passing a direct HTTPS download URL to sendDocument offloads file streaming entirely to Telegram's cloud ingestion servers, avoiding Node.js memory exhaustion on large archive payloads. 🚀

⚠️ Note: Define REGISTRY_SECRET in your environment variables to authenticate backend requests against your private binary repository.

Day 19/30: Fleet Security Advisory & Critical Patch Broadcast 📢

Chasing down distributed engineering teams to apply an urgent security hotfix over email or Discord announcements is an exercise in futility. When a critical CVE drops against our engine, we need an instant panic button inside Telegram that blasts the bulletin directly to active runtime administrators, throttles outbound throughput to dodge API caps, and reports delivery metrics in real time. FlexGram makes fleet-wide emergency dispatches trivial by chaining temporary memory drafts with the built-in throttled broadcast utility.

📁 Filename: command/advisory.js
👨‍💻 Code:
sendChatAction('typing');
sendMessage('*Emergency Fleet Dispatch*\nSend the patch bulletin text to broadcast across all provisioned client nodes:');
waitForAnswer('/draft_advisory');

📁 Filename: command/draft_advisory.js
👨‍💻 Code:
clearWait();
TEMP.setProp('patch_text', message);
const actions = [{ text: '🚀 Fire Fleet Broadcast', command: '/dispatch_advisory' }];
sendMessage(`*Bulletin Draft Review:*\n\n${message}\n\nPush this update immediately to all registered operators?`, { buttons: actions });

📁 Filename: command/dispatch_advisory.js
👨‍💻 Code:
answerCallback('Initiating fleet dispatch...');
const bulletin = await TEMP.getProp('patch_text').value();
const records = await getDB('users') || {};
const recipients = Object.keys(records);
const payload = `🚨 *CRITICAL ENGINE ADVISORY*\n\n${bulletin}`;
const buttons = [{ text: 'Download Hotfix Patch', url: 'https://dist.example.com/patches/latest' }];
const stats = await broadcast(recipients, payload, buttons, 40);
sendMessage(`*Broadcast Complete*\nDelivered: ${stats.sent} nodes\nFailed: ${stats.failed} nodes`);

Configuring a delayMs spacing between 40ms and 50ms ensures high-volume dispatches fly beneath Telegram global rate limits without dropping connection sockets. ⚡

⚠️ Note: Restrict the initial /advisory trigger by verifying user.id against an authorized admin list before opening the intake wait state.
