🚨 Dear Customers,

Due to an internal conflict with our IP lease provider, we are required to terminate the contract for subnet
108.59.252.0/24.

Within the next 4-6 hours, all IPs under subnet
108.59.252.0/24 will be reallocated and changed to a new subnet. Unfortunately, this sudden change was outside of our control.

If you have any services, firewalls, licenses, or applications bound to your current IP, please be aware that the IP will change shortly. rDNS records will also be updated to reflect the new assigned IPs.

To assist during the transition, we will maintain records of all previous IP to new IP mappings. If you forget which new IP was assigned to your machine, feel free to contact us and we will help you identify it.

You can reach us through any support channel available at
FlashRDP.com/help.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

As previously announced on May 30, 2026, we carried out an unexpected subnet migration to maintain service continuity and network stability.

The migration-related service impact began on May 31, 2026, and all affected services were fully restored by June 1, 2026, at
01:10 AM IST (May 31, 2026, at 19:40 UTC).

You should have received a confirmation email containing details of your updated IP assignment for your records. The same information has also been documented within your support ticket.

The ticket will remain open for the next
24 hours. If you have any questions or experience any service-related issues, simply reply to the same ticket and our team will be happy to assist you.

We sincerely apologize for the interruption and understand the inconvenience caused by the downtime. While this migration was necessary, we recognize the impact it had on your services and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process.

Duration: 4h 15m

The incident was caused by a network routing disruption within our datacenter, which resulted in connectivity issues between customers and their servers. Our technical team worked directly with the datacenter engineers throughout the incident to identify and resolve the underlying routing problem.

The issue has now been fully resolved, and all affected services are operational. Servers have been restored to their normal state and are functioning as expected.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption and understand the impact this downtime may have caused. As compensation, we have extended the billing cycle of all affected services by +1 day to ensure customers receive the full value of their service time.

Status Update: Service Disruption on Node NODE2-1G (Phoenix, AZ)

Status: Investigating / Hardware Replacement Pending Affected Services: All Virtual Machines on Node s1514 Location: Phoenix, AZ Data Center

Incident Summary: We are currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption on our s1514 hypervisor node. Our automated monitoring detected the outage, and our engineering team immediately launched an investigation.

Root Cause: Our engineers have successfully isolated the issue to a localized hardware failure. Specifically, the node's Power Supply Unit (PSU) experienced a fault that led to an automatic and hard shutdown of the server to protect internal components.

Current Actions & Resolution Plan: Because this is a physical hardware fault, it cannot be resolved remotely. We have declared a critical hardware replacement ticket with our datacenter technicians. The on-site "remote hands" team has been dispatched to physically replace the failing power supply unit.

Next Steps & ETA: Once the datacenter technicians complete the hardware replacement, our engineers will bring the server back online and begin a staggered boot sequence for all affected Virtual Machines.

We do not have a firm ETA yet, as we are waiting on the datacenter's hardware replacement queue, but we have escalated this to the highest priority. We apologize for the unexpected downtime and will provide another update as soon as the hardware is swapped and the node begins coming back online.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Live Incident Updates: We have created a dedicated incident page where we will publish all further updates, including hardware replacement progress, node recovery, VM restoration, and final resolution:

Incident Report: https://status.flashrdp.com/incidents/2be2392e-34da-49f0-8453-b80ca8004482

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected downtime and understand the disruption this may cause. We will continue providing updates as soon as we receive confirmed information from the datacenter.
