في الRA الdeformity يحدث في الjoint نفسه ويحصله erosions وloss of function
اما في ال Jaccoud الdeformity بيقصد انهو في الtendon حصل فيه damage اما المفصل يبقى سلم وشغال يعنى قد يكون nondeformity على ما قال الدكتور مش تشوه بما تعنيه الكلمه!!
