Product Specialist
للعمل ضمن فريقها، وفقًا للمهام والمسؤوليات التالية:
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
* إعداد وإنشاء Bill of Materials (BOM) للمنتجات النهائية.
* إدخال وتحديث بيانات المنتجات والمواد على النظام والتأكد من دقتها واكتمالها.
* تحديد وربط مواد التعبئة والتغليف الأولية والثانوية الخاصة بكل منتج داخل النظام.
* مراجعة واعتماد هياكل المنتجات وبياناتها بالتنسيق مع أقسام التطوير والجهات المعتمدة.
* التنسيق مع أقسام الإنتاج والمستودعات والبحث والتطوير وتأكيد الجودة لضمان صحة البيانات قبل اعتمادها على النظام.
* التنسيق مع قسم المبيعات للتحقق من متطلبات العملاء الخاصة بكل منتج، بما في ذلك لون العبوة أو الملصق، والإضافات والملحقات (Accessories)، ومتطلبات التعبئة الخاصة، والمواصفات الخاصة بالمنتج.
* تحديث بيانات المنتجات عند إجراء أي تغيير معتمد من خلال نظام ضبط التغيير (Change Control).
* التأكد من توافق بيانات النظام مع ملفات التصنيع الرئيسية (Master Formula) ومواصفات التعبئة والتغليف المعتمدة.
* دعم عمليات التخطيط والإنتاج من خلال توفير بيانات دقيقة ومحدثة للمنتجات.
* إعداد التقارير المتعلقة ببيانات المنتجات والمواد ومتابعة أي اختلافات أو أخطاء والعمل على تصحيحها.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
* درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة.
*خبر من 0-2 سنتين
* يفضل خبرة في أنظمة ERP وإدارة بيانات المنتجات.
* معرفة جيدة بإعداد BOM
* مهارات عالية في تحليل البيانات وإدارة التغييرات.
* القدرة على التنسيق والعمل مع مختلف الأقسام التشغيلية.
