I even cry when things happen that don't relate/happen to me

But I really,really hate when someone says to me to not cry,like gosh fucking forbid I express my emotions and not hold them in like I do with my anger and other thoughts,like I can't even control my crying and sometimes do it for no effing reason,heck, I sometimes wish that I wouldn't cry over mundane and shit that doesn't even affect me in any way,I hate it
