The British press is currently in panic mode because a Right-Wing MP called '15 Minute Cities' an "international Socialist plot" — which is true.
15 Minute Cities are just Smart Cities. The concept was coined during the Scamdemic and is part of the Build Back Better agenda. Here's a quote from the original proposal:
