Competitive sport is a great preparation for life. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose & the whole point is to learn to do both, while enjoying the ride.

There is nothing comparable to competitive sport - any sport - to teach kids about winning with grace, losing with dignity, pecking order, levels of ability, determination, discipline, etc - all within a, relatively, safe environment.

There is a new group set up called Free Press Ireland. They post about similar things this channel does.

That group is nothing to do with this one or the website, and is clearly trying to steal the goodwill of the freepress.ie website and group, and piggyback on three years of someone else's work for their own agenda.

That group was set up a week ago by some Tommy Robinson hating loons who took offence to me having some time for him (anyone fighting against the criminal state and for children I have some time for). Their first post is about Tommy Robinson. They're obsessed with the guy.

They're probably a small sect of known extreme (delusional) right wingers who have a hard on for people who don't agree with everything they say. Mannrann, John, and NT are generally associated. And their current M.O. is to spam Satirical soldier and Gran Torino's chat groups with their group posts.

Its less likely, but they could also be Gardai or the army looking to create a group to eventually extract willing idiots to set up for notional far right crimes, and they probably figure that given Satirical is military and talks about guns and revolution etc. , that his group will be a more productive hunting ground for eventual patsies. The FBI have done this for decades and as I have highlighted many times, the Gardai have been trained by the feds for a long time. Fedposting would have been on the curriculum.

So that group is nothing to do with us. So be careful.
