From what I’ve seen the only people making money in Ireland are politicians, land owner and these tech workers. Tech workers also make up the bulk of the south Asian immigrants. Normal Irish working people barely make it with the layers of convoluted welfare payments. The South American immigrants do low wage work like delivery, meat processing and whoring and seem generally irrelevant other than their criminality.
