I was thinking about mkultra in terms of what government did to working class vulnerable kids. A lot of people don’t realise this but there was one age cohort of kids that were kept out for 2021, by the time school came back many had dropped out. Because they were deemed the most likely to be infectious they were prevented from returning until late April 2021, school finishes in June and they were forced to wear masks all day when they did return, these were kids from 4th-6th, in fact 5th and 6th ended up being allowed back sooner than the 4th year students. They made the decision to do that because they decided 4th year wasn’t important. So many of these kids dropped out of school altogether by the time school got a proper unbroken school year, they had had 2 years of being excluded. They basically ran riot for two years and decided school wasn’t worth it and joined gangs in town.

Do you realise that these kids are now 19/20 years old now? And these are the target age for all these rapes happening, these kids didn’t suddenly get their act together and get university places or jobs. They’re still in town. You could almost say the government have mkultra’d them. They had no chance. They HAVE no chance with what is going on
