California is working hard to make life easier for child sex abusers

According to the UK’s Daily Mail, thousands of child abusers in California are being freed from prison just months after being locked up. Over 7,000 sex offenders imprisoned for “lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age,” for example, stayed behind bars for less than a year. Some of those freed in record time were guilty of raping children.

Others who committed some of the worst child sex crimes on the statute books served similarly short sentences, including 365 pedophiles convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child who spent less than 12 months in prison, 39 cases of sodomy with a child under 16, and three cases of kidnapping a child under 14 ‘with intent to commit lewd or lascivious acts’, according to the data.

I received official communication yesterday that the Legal Services Regulatory Authority has closed their file on me. The complaint the subject of this file, was submitted at 11pm, on St. Stephens night in 2020, by a practising Barrister. It has taken the best part of 2 years to clear my name, BUT CLEAR MY NAME I DID.

So a message to the spinless liar who did not have the guts to confront me personally:
