《变形记》(德语:Die Verwandlung,台湾志文出版社译《蜕变》)是一部中篇小说,奥匈帝国德语作家卡夫卡的代表作,发表于1915年。
在《变形记》中,职业为推销员的主人翁一觉醒来,发现自己变成了一只巨大的甲虫。这是卡夫卡最著名的一部作品之一,也包含很多象征意义,和许多不同的阐释。
没有经历人生,就完全不懂,人没事干嘛变成虫。
