JUST IN - Jan. 6 committee urges the U.S. Department of Justice to pursue criminal charges against Trump.

⚡️ 🏛 January 6th Committee:

1️⃣ The first criminal statute we invoke for referral is Title 18 Section 1512(c).

We believe that the evidence assembled throughout our hearings warrants a criminal referral of former President Donald J. Trump, John Eastman, and others for violations of this statute.

2️⃣ Second, we believe that there is more than sufficient evidence to refer former President Donald J. Trump, John Eastman, and others for violating Title 18 Section 371.

3️⃣ Third, we make a referral based on Title 18 Section 1001, which makes it unlawful to knowingly and willfully make materially false statements to the federal government.

4️⃣ The fourth and final statute we invoke for referral is Title 18 Section 2383. This statute applies to anyone, who incites, assists, or engages in insurrection against the United States, and anyone who “gives aid or comfort” to an insurrection.

To be clear, this does not mean there are currently criminal charges against Trump. However, this DOES give federal prosecutors political leeway to charge him. Ultimately, this will likely be used to get him to drop out of the presidential race. How he reacts to this will affect the collective consciousness, as this is an escalation not seen since Nixon.

Yes Jonathan Greenblatt, it doesn't matter whether you're a Jew trying to gatekeep and subvert the socialist left or the populist right, we antisemites are against you. Great point about the Amish. Another ethno-religious minority that essentially works within its own community, but does not try to oppress others through nepotism, media, finance and entertainment control. There is anti-jewish *political* sentiment (not a crime!) because jews oppress people. There is no anti-amish political sentiment because they don’t oppress people.

3.3 billion dollars will be allocated to Israel under the Foreign Military Financing Program

500 million dollars is allocated to Israel undr the Israeli Cooperative Programs ledger.

Israel has a right to some 921 million dollars in nuclear non-proliferation funding. The US will also withhold this funding from any organisation which excludes Israel.

5 million dollars will fund refugees currently residing in Israel. Presumably to relocate them to a White country.

65.2 million dollars will be allocated to the United States National Holocaust Memorial.

All Israeli debt and loans owed to the US were once again deferred.

In the non-spending arena there are two notable items:

The creation of a gold medal in the name of Benjamin Berell Ferencz. The chief prosecutor of the Nuremberg trials.

He also bilked Germany for hundreds of billions as the chief negotiator of 'reparations' for Jews after the war.

And finally the designation of the Kol Israel Foundation Holocaust Memorial of Ohio as a new national memorial.

There were 3 mentions for Hispanics, 8 mentions for Blacks and over 70+ for items related to Jews.

There was not a single mention of White Americans anywhere in the spending bill.

Jews can literally steal billions of dollars and not suffer the same consequences as a white person being accused of a misdemeanor.

There is nothing unusual about it. It’s normal for jews to get preferential treatment from jewish judges, meanwhile, white people charged with misdemeanors rot for political reasons. Again, we see jews panicking that people are waking up to their schemes. Their hubris is unmatched, and it will be their political downfall.
