Self defense law in Oregon

…a person is not justified in using deadly physical force upon another person unless the person reasonably believes that the other person is:
(1) Committing or attempting to commit a felony involving the use or threatened imminent use of physical force against a person; or
(2) Committing or attempting to commit a burglary in a dwelling; or
(3) Using or about to use unlawful deadly physical force against a person.

I think the defense has a strong argument that the victim was attempting to commit a felony upon him and/or his gf.

He was being assaulted and previously the victim made leud statements at his gf. He could argue that he reasonably believed the black was going to physically/sexually assault his gf based on: (1) his previous statements; (2) his previous sexual harassment; and (3) his immediate violent aggression.

Feel free to share and/or argue against this. I’m open to the argument that the jury will disregard the law like they did with a certain famous banana enjoyer case.

Elon Musk should ban the ADL from Twitter for this. This represents extreme reputational risk for Twitter. The ADL is actively using Twitter with the intent of ruining twitter's reputation and harming their business.

Jews are allowed to use twitter to actively organize against the company, smear their reputation and, if necessary from their own perspective, potentially put them out of business entirely. But we are not allowed to use Twitter to discuss how Jews have too much power and are abusing people. This is a losing game for Musk.
