It’s amazing how not even a leftist stronghold like San Francisco can take the abuse that comes from jewish justice. Even more amazing is how unpopular jewish justice really is.

This is such an obtuse and disingenuous historical reading of originalist intent. If it weren’t institutionalized civil war (as seen in The Magna Carta, Declaration of Independence, and various Colony Charters) then what were the Founding Fathers doing when they wrote this provision into the Declaration of Independence:

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Magna Carta provision - It mandated 25 barons to serve as enforcers of the great charter against the king.  If the king violated the provisions, the barons "shall distress and injure us in all ways possible - namely, by capturing our castles, lands and possessions and in all ways that they can."

The Founding Fathers were well aware of the Magna Carta as several provisions in the constitution were borne from that document.
