Tom and I faced court today (read his statement here) over our charges from the Australia Day rally, the trial hasn't begun yet for either of us but we were contesting the non-association bail condition imposed upon us.
In my hearing the "Magistrate" defended his decision to continue limiting my political activity through bail conditions that prevent me associating with my colleagues on the ridiculous grounds that I haven't committed an offence since they were originally imposed, and that therefore "they are working". The implication being that if I had broken the law in the past couple months then it would justify changing them? So I'm being punished for abiding by the law before I've actually been convicted of any crimes.
The prosecution argued that because we might coordinate another rally in Adelaide and reoffend, that therefore we shouldn't be allowed to associate in a completely different state or online for the purposes of lawful political activity outside their jurisdiction. This is ridiculous and unconstitutional overreach that impairs our efforts to engage in the formation of a political party and engage in public activism during an election campaign. Their flagrant and blatant disregard for the principles of representative democracy was upheld by what can only be described as an iniquitous magistrate with utter contempt for justice and the Australian constitution.
This isn't just an attack on our personal political rights, it is an unconstitutional attack upon the rights of all White Australians with nationalist views whom we represent. We have the magistrate admitting his political bias on record, defining himself as a victim of "intimidation" and "distress" (of course, we werent charged with either of these things) because we had a cross on our shirt while publicly celebrating our national holiday.
We will be appealing this egregious attack on the political freedoms of White Australians to the Supreme Court of South Australia, please donate at https://givesendgo.com/WhiteAustralia if you feel inclined to help fund the legal costs associated (we've been quoted $20-30k for a bail amendment appeal to the Supreme Court).

The Australian government is doing everything it can to suppress White Australians from fighting the system. Itโs important we give our men any help we can!

Trump has completely dropped any facade of mass deportations. Next step, amnesty. Prepare yourselves for more LEGAL replacement from the Republican party. Ainโt you glad it wasnโt Kamala, though??

People voted for the Trump regime to deport black and mesoamerican illegals and criminals, not to harass high-IQ White scientists.
However, that is exactly what youโre getting. Trumpโs first term may have been an indication. Fool me onceโฆ

Gab becomes the latest victim of the Online Safety Act - which was clearly designed to kill free speech on the internet. The only people who are any 'safer' now are those within the establishment and the media who can no longer be criticised.
