Today is the court trial, wish me luck!

The Bellamy salute, originally devised by James B. Upham, was intended to complement the American Pledge of Allegiance authored by Francis Bellamy. Referred to as the "flag salute" when paired with the Pledge of Allegiance, Bellamy actively endorsed this gesture, leading to its association with his name. Both the Pledge and its accompanying salute were introduced in 1892.

Update on my dog case: Today was the scheduled hearing. The court focused on the core legal question of ownership and right to possession, I got all her “evidence” thrown out, and the judge indicated a written decision will be issued soon, including a clear timeline if a return order is made. I’m respecting the process, keeping things professional, and staying hopeful. I appreciate the support, and I’ll share the next update once the court issues its order.

Everyone argues about whether fascism is “right wing” or “left wing” like the label solves anything. This article does something simpler and more brutal: it grades regimes by how many of Marx’s 10 Communist manifesto planks they functionally fulfill. Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany end up adjacent to the communist states because totalitarian regimes converge on the same tools: property made contingent, credit and industry steered from the center, labor disciplined, education fused to state. The US barely overlaps and that gap matters in context.

The National Socialist Network will be fully disbanded before 11:59pm Sunday the 18th of January 2026.

The disbandment includes not only the National Socialist Network, but its co-projects White Australia, the European Australian Movement and the White Australia Party.

If the laws pass, there will no way to avoid the organisation being banned. The legislation allows the government to ban any organisation that has given Roman salutes in the past.

The disbandment is being done before the laws take effect to avoid former members of the organisations from being arrested and charged.

These are some of the most draconian laws the West has ever seen. In Australia, political freedom is effectively dead and buried. The Australian government, on behalf of the Jewish lobby, is criminalising peaceful opposition groups based on their political expression.
