Ancient Rom added ads in their settings app

People switch to ROMs (say, from MIUI) to get rid of ads. It's a shame to see something we made with such an awful design and WITH ADS.

Everyone: "nooooo you can't do block based incrementals if you don't ship GApps"

Fixed. All loading from /data/extra! The namespace is now capable of extending system priv-app, app, media, sysconfig, permissions and framework. (Obv, frameworks must be declared in XMLs, other than the boot frameworks and other than the ones AOSP hard-codes for itself to load and use)
