#KyeGompa is a Tibetan #BuddhistMonastery located on top of a hill at an altitude of 4,166 metres above sea level, close to the #SpitiRiver, in the #SpitiValley of #HimachalPradesh, #Lahaul and #SpitiDistrict, India.
#Kundadri is a hill with dense forests in the #WesternGhats located in #Shimoga District #Karnataka State, India.It is 70 km from Udupi city. This hill is known for 17th century Jain temple dedicated to thirthankara and the place is known to have given shelter to Acharya Kundakunda during earlier centuries.
#Tungnath is one of the highest Shiva temples in the world and is the highest of the five #PanchKedarTemples located in the mountain range of #Tunganath in #Rudraprayag district, in the Indian state of #Uttarakhand. #TheTunganath (literal meaning: Lord of the peaks) mountains form the Mandakini and Alaknanda river valleys. It is located at an altitude of 3,680 m (12,073 ft), and just below the peak of Chandrashila. The temple is believed to be 5000 years old and is the third (#TritiyaKedar) in the pecking order of the #PanchKedars. It has a rich legend linked to the Pandavas, heroes of the Mahabharata.
