My feelings are not God. God is God. My feelings do not define truth. God's word defines truth. My feelings are echoes and responses to what my mind perceives. And sometimes, many times, my feelings are out of sync with the truth. When that happens and it happens every day in some measure, I try not to bend the truth to justify my imperfect feelings, but rather, I plead with God: Purify my perceptions of your truth and transform my feelings so that they are in sync with the truth.

Does anyone have prayer requests? I am going to say a rosary for you all. It does not matter if you have 100 of them. I will say each intention individually.

My gut is having a lot of waves of a lot of pain. Please pray the pain ends.
In the fall, with his pneumonia my dear husbands vision dimmed. It more recently came back and we were so grateful. He is sick now again and noticed today his vision dimmed again. Please pray to St. Lucy it may be restored yet again for the third time. (The first time being last year when he had mono and ended up in the hospital on life support, almost dying). Please pray for God's grace in this situation, and comfort.

Owner here. I have been working since I'm 18, and I was pushed by my family to choose a professional career. As my 20s hit in, every passing year of work started to become insufferable. Before meeting my husband two years ago, I was convinced I would have to keep working for the rest of my life and be miserable for it.
Luckily I married and one income is enough to start a family. The downside is that since I don't have children yet, some days I get very bored and feel very alone while my husband goes to work.
To sum it up, a woman's place isn't in the workforce, unless like Fr Ripperger says, it is needed to afford housing or food.
