Motherhood is a blessing.

Red Flags concerning a spouse:

Aversion to Jesus.
Lack of prayer.
Skimpy or unbecoming clothing.
Dyed hair.
Hates or has a dislike for children.
Continual sexual references in everyday speech.
Talking like a man.
Using vulgarity.
Body piercings. (One on the ear maximum. Nose rings are a bolt to the door.)
Unrepentant of sexual past (if applicable.)
Argumentive, obedience becomes an obstacle.
Worships demons. (Withcraft, Wicca, etc.)
Cannot endure sufferings, focuses on temporal things.
Feminist, or a "Christian feminist."
Wishes for a full time career, even after you've married.
Hides things from you or lies habitually.
Struggles to apologize.
Hatred of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Watches pornography or things which are similar.
Manipulative.
Has a "replacement" if things go wrong.

You cannot "save her", as only the Lord has the ability to do this. What you may do, however, is plant seeds of conversion, and pray that she may have a change of heart.
