Trusting God Sometimes Feels Like THIS

That feeling when you're going with the flow

Trusting that God knows exactly what He's doing

(even if we have 0 clue what's going on 😅😂)

There is no political solution

There is no ideological solution

The only solution is Jesus Christ

Just as Peter said: “Lord to whom shall we go to? Thou hast the words of eternal life” (John 6:68)

And truly, who else shall we go to?

Who else shall we turn to?

Who else is worthy of our trust?

Certainly not mortal men or the systems of this world, which scripture says will wither away like the grass of the earth (Isaiah 40:8)

We are foolish if we are looking for deliverance to come from man; hoping for man to one day come to the rescue and “solve” all of our problems in the all too familiar thesis, antithesis, synthesis formula…

“Vain is the help of man” (Ps. 60:11)

If we are one of those looking for “help” to come from men or from a byproduct of man, such as a peace treaty or political decree, we may just find ourselves on the wrong side of the fence praying into existence the false peace of the Beast System

Jesus Christ is the only Way

Call out to Him

Believe on His name

Trust in Him alone

Have you noticed how many difficult people there are in the world ?


Some days...

Do you feel like you have to deal with most of them ?


We all have our own mental lists of rude things other people do that bug us...


For example...

* People who call and then say...
" Who is this ? "

* People who honk their horns
in traffic jams

* People who cheat in the
10-items-or-less grocery line

* People who steal your
parking spot

So how should we respond in love to difficult people ?

~ Proverbs 16:21 says...

"A wise, mature person is known for his understanding. The more pleasant his words, the more persuasive he is"


The more pleasant you are...

The more persuasive you are

And you're never persuasive when you're abrasive

Nagging doesn't work

The way you say something determines the way it's received

If you say something offensively...

It's going to be received defensively

That's why love considers your words

Love is truthful

But it is also tactful

The Bible says it like this...

"Stop being bitter and angry and mad at others. Don't yell at one another or curse each other or ever be rude. Instead, be kind and merciful, and forgive others, just as God forgave you because of Christ"

~ Ephesians 4:31-32


Tact and tone always go together

The WAY you say something...

Not just WHAT you say...

Matters

You can say something very difficult for someone to hear...

But if you say it in the right tone

A loving tone

It will be received much better

A loving response to a difficult person...

Requires you to be pleasant and tactful

Think of it like this...

If you want to be below a difficult person...

Attack him

If you want to be even with him...

Get even with him

But if you want to respond the way Jesus would...

Show that person love with the words you say

And the way vou sav them

De Schrift is geen tekst die je één keer leest en dan kent.

The Pharisees saw a miracle they knew only God could do

And instead of admitting what's obvious...

They say...

"That's Satan"

That's when Jesus starts teaching about the unforgivable sin

Why ?

Because this is willful stubbornness at its peak

A heart so locked into its own pride that it...

Refuses reason
Refuses truth
And refuses to let God correct it

This isn't confusion or doubt

It's rejecting the very revelation the Spirit is giving you

And doing it on purpose

Think of it like this...

God sends a rescuer to someone who is drowning

He throws you ropes

Reaches for your hand

Shows you the way out

But if you keep swatting Him away...

Calling His help "evil"

And choosing your own way...

You can't be saved because you're refusing the only person who can pull you out !

There's a reason why the unforgivable blasphemy is towards the Holy Spirit

And not God the Father or Jesus

It's because the Holy Spirit is the messenger of how you can be saved

You reject Him...

You reject the message of Salvation entirely !



Asking for the Holy Spirit is a promise from the Father

A simple faithful prayer is:

"Heavenly Father, I am your child. I believe Your Word is true and I ask You in the Name of Jesus to fill me to overflowing with Your Holy Spirit now"
