The source told Baghdad Today that "all procedures related to the disbursement of retirees' pensions for February have been fully completed."
He added that "the disbursement of retirees' pensions is contingent only on the availability of funding."
He indicated that "retirees' pensions will be disbursed either tomorrow, Tuesday, or the day after, Wednesday."
