Quick reminder on the Insurrection Act of 1807. It allows the U.S. President to deploy federal military forces domestically to suppress insurrections, rebellions, or domestic violence and enforce federal law when state authorities are unable or unwilling to do so. Here are its main points, condensed:

1. Presidential Authority: The President can deploy U.S. military troops or federalize state militia to address domestic unrest or lawlessness.

2. Triggers: Can be invoked in cases of insurrection, rebellion, or when domestic violence obstructs federal law enforcement or deprives citizens of constitutional rights.

NOTE: Happening all over the country, in particular in demoFRAUD controlled cities and states right now.

3. Scope: Applies when state governments request federal assistance or fail to maintain order, enabling federal intervention to restore law and order.

4. Proclamation Requirement: The President must issue a proclamation ordering insurgents to disperse before deploying forces, though this can be bypassed in urgent cases.

The act has been amended over time, notably in 1878 (Posse Comitatus Act) to limit military involvement in civilian law enforcement, except when authorized by this act or other laws.

NOTE: Trump invoked the Insurrection Act on Dec15, 2020, along with suspending Habeus Corpus, as well as Posse Comitatus. And he has SCOTUS backing.

TNT Tony says everything is still in place and still going. They are testing people in all 12 zones and have been doing this all this week, even today. The plan is that some people will go through the process this weekend but only preferred clients and people the bank wants to keep as clients. The plan was for us (internet group, T4B) to go through before Tuesday, before the rate goes on Forex. Bank people have been notified they are working this weekend. Tony has not received the 800 number yet. All the people being exchanged now do not have access to their money. As of Tuesday, everyone will have access to their money.

Volumes of people will be going tomorrow. The $5.96 rate was locked in, completely replacing the 1310. The $28.50 and $11.50 (I believe the $11.50 is for the VND; VND on the Forex will be about $2 and something) rates are still there. On Wednesday, someone was told they were getting $11. We can only wait. Some may be called by their bank if they are preferred clients with a Wealth Manager or Private Banker. Tony doesn't know what the limit of the number of people going each day is.

Tony says the Plan was for the 2nd basket to go before the end of this year but the longer it takes for our event to happen, the later that 2nd basket goes.

Tony doesn't believe the DJT announcement about China has anything to do with our event.

Each bank has their own definition of what they consider a "preferred customer." No one is calling Tony. But "it should still happen by Tuesday."

The banks were all told they're working tomorrow. Forex won't be open on Sunday or Monday, not until Tuesday. It is usually closed on US federal holidays. (This information corrected later, please see below.)

On a question about the Afghani currency, Ray said he wouldn't recommend it as it has a much lower return (500%) compared to the other currencies we look at (400,000% for the dinar and millions of % for the Rupiah). $2.39 is what they were quoted for the Afghani.

Tony just checked and realized Forex is not closed on Tuesday!

Tony believes they will exchange the Argos but he's not sure. "We already got a rate on them."

A member called in to say she and her husband talked to their Private Banker and asked if they should get more Dong. He said, "Don't cash it in. Hold onto it." She had bought some from them and hopes she is "on the list."

Tony closed by saying we're still on track. The banks are processing people and putting their accounts as "pending." They "probably" won't have full access, as Tony was told Monday morning, until the 800 numbers are released. Tony is relaxing and hoping someone will send him the 800 number and say we need to be in the bank in the morning. He will wait all weekend if it doesn't happen tonight.

It has just been learned that China has taken an extraordinarily aggressive position on Trade in sending an extremely hostile letter to the World, stating that they were going to, effective November 1st, 2025, impose large scale Export Controls on virtually every product they make, and some not even made by them. This affects ALL Countries, without exception, and was obviously a plan devised by them years ago. It is absolutely unheard of in International Trade, and a moral disgrace in dealing with other Nations.

Based on the fact that China has taken this unprecedented position, and speaking only for the U.S.A., and not other Nations who were similarly threatened, starting November 1st, 2025 (or sooner, depending on any further actions or changes taken by China), the United States of America will impose a Tariff of 100% on China, over and above any Tariff that they are currently paying. Also on November 1st, we will impose Export Controls on any and all critical software.

It is impossible to believe that China would have taken such an action, but they have, and the rest is History. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
