Which means it shouldn’t have a third reading… the second reading will be adjusted on the new rate for these people based on article 77 of the three years budget

Family, PLEASE RELAX! Although it’s been said that the QFS has been fully implemented, we are still getting reports that ITS NOT….that it’s running side by side still with the FIAT SYSTEM. Our payments from the RV event would be extremely exposed with the FIAT system still going. This is also why all the upper tiers HAVE NOT been given the GO to be liquidated! We’re waiting for the COMPLETE SWITCH to protect our funds FOR EVERYONE at the same time. Once that occurs, it’s my belief that we will hear some very discrete information and announcements regarding Nesara and the our Notifications will proceed under the disguise of the new monetary system. It’s a private event so the public will only hear in the meantime about the new monetary system and Nesara. That’s our perfect cover as a PRIVATE EVENT!
