That I don’t know about. If it’s just one website, I’d wait and see. I always heard that Iraq triggers the Dong to change. Maybe Iraq did change on Friday and we are just waiting for a public announcement.

If the Dong in country rate changed then Iraq did do something behind the scenes on Friday and we are just waiting for the in country announcement. Stay tuned.
