Thank you for answering my question a couple weeks ago. My RE transaction (rep seller and buyer) has been challenging. I asked if you saw me moving to Bend to be with my kids in Oct (my goal after this transaction) well I've been job interviewing for months RE was always part time. Quit my FT job to care for my father during his transition.
Anyway rejection all these months here in ID. Today I had an interview and offered me the job in Bend! I start Monday! I thought it was would need this transaction to close or the RV for this to happen.

First off, I am incredibly thankful to God for sharing Jen’s abilities with us. Not many people have someone like Jen in their corner so we are VERY blessed!! Since July, I have gone through an extremely hard time in my life. I decided to start asking questions for some guidance back in August. I’m here to tell you, Jen is the real deal. She helped me so much with the break up I was going through, deciding to move out of GA (and back to my home state of IL), and also through the sale of my house. I will be forever grateful to her for not telling me what to do, but guiding me and encouraging me the last 3 months. She was right about everything I asked her. My house ended up going under contract within 2 days, and selling within 3 weeks. It was a very tight timeline and I was extremely stressed. But, everything worked out, just like she said it would! Jen is incredible and I hope that someday I can help her as much as she has helped me! ~ Lisa J
