I did say long ago they would not call it NESARA and that they changed it a bit. I don’t see how credit card balances are wiped and mortgage balances are not. GESARA says that all debts are wiped. If we change to a new currency, how do you pay a mortgage/financial agreement in notes when it was written and agreed upon to pay back in dollars. It makes more sense that any contract written in Dollars is void.

If you change anything in a contract or mortgage, like refinance, you have to draw up a new contract and sign that. If Dollars no longer exist, then that financial contract is void.

The only loop hole that I see in mortgage principal is that it is included in your birth right trust total. If Phil’s contact is from the Treasury, then they would only be working on refunds of fraudulent interest or know about that. The principal would be in your trust because that is money that you created by signing the contract. If that is true, then it never had to be paid back. I say all debts are cancelled and the interest is refunded because that is not included in the trust.

The creation of money and the ability of the financial institutions to use that note to get more money is because of the creation of the Federal Reserve and the fiat money system of debt.
If you sign a note for a purchase of $100,000.00 then the financial institution can go to the Fed and get ten times that amount to loan out. They make
Money off of your signature.
If there is no more Fed and no more Fiat money, then there is no more debt.
The interest would be considered fines and penalties and refunded to you as a settlement in what ever currency that is used.

Think about it.
Can you pay your debts now in gold?
No. You have to convert that gold into dollars and then pay it.
Why?
Because the agreement to pay back the debt is written in dollars.
If there are no more dollars then you can not pay that back.
That is why they are going to gold and changing the name of our currency.
It is also why the world has to pull back the instruments of debt/ old currencies into the countries of origin.
They then pay you what the currency is now worth because that piece of paper is a debt they need to pay to you to move into a new currency.
The same is true for all laws written in dollars.
That is why there will be new laws and new taxes and under NESARA.

Long ago we talked about two NESARA lists of rules circulating.
One is called
National Economic Security and Reformation Act.
I believe the true NESARA is called
National Economic Security And RECOVERY Act.
The word Recovery is the important part.
That is where the refunds come from.
To recover your losses.

No one really knows until the day that it is announced. I am not saying what Phil put out is not true. I’m just walking through it and coming to my own conclusions. Don’t assume I am saying he is putting out false info or wrong. I would not do that.
