So in regards to this. Say the rv happens in the next couple weeks. Would we exchange for usd then in August exchange that for ustn?

They calculate in fiat then convert to gold backed and hold in the treasury account. The 1% is then turned back into fiat and held in the holding account in the bank of your choice. Then NDA, because you know the conversion rate from fiat to gold. We use the 1% and wait for the treasury account funds to be released when it is recognized currency. So, yes the RV is first.
Then probably Biden removal, go to gold announcement, and a period of time for the world to exchange fiat for new currency.
