Everyone, please read this. With the Bolivar the word Mill means thousand. So the currency that says 100 mill, 200 mill and 500 mill are 100, 200 and 500 thousand not million. Actually, that is not too weird as xe.com has the Bolivares rate as 0.0274908 which gives a result of $27,490.84 for 1 million Bolivares. My microsoft calculater also gives a similar rate. The problem is no one will exchange at that rate.
