We are pleased to invite you to participate in the MCA–IICA Stakeholder Consultation, co-hosted by FTCCI on 28th April, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (followed by lunch) at : ICAI Centre of Excellence, Hyderabad under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), in collaboration with FTCCI, is undertaking a significant reform initiative aimed at rationalising the corporate compliance framework under the Companies Act, 2013. This initiative aligns with the vision of enhancing ease of doing business and building a technology-driven regulatory ecosystem under Viksit Bharat @2047.

As part of this initiative, IICA is conducting a Pan-India Multi-Stakeholder Consultation Series to gather inputs from industry and stakeholders on key areas such as:

➤ Rationalisation and consolidation of e-forms
➤ Transition to a data-centric filing system
➤ Expansion of Straight Through Processing (STP)
➤ Development of an intelligent, pre-filled interface under MCA21 Version 3
