🧠 Here's some of my chip strategy thoughts
🔹 Plan first, draft second:
Don’t lock in a team before deciding your chip path — it shapes everything.
🔹 Bench Boost GW1/GW2:
Both are strong. With a “free” wildcard available, it’s easy to build for one.
🔹 Wildcard:
GW7, GW8, and GW13 all viable.
• GW13 popular for fixture swings.
• Earlier WC (GW4/7/8) gives control sooner to fix mistakes and react to new information.
🔹 Free Hit:
Often best paired with WC:
• FH3 → WC4
• FH6 → WC7
• FH4 → WC8
• FH6 → WC13
Or hold and react later.
🔹 Triple Captain:
Not worth pre-planning — slot it in later.
Still lots of uncertainty (fitness, minutes, transfers), so wait for now.
