No, that's silly

"Was the game spam reported?"
No

"How did the game get taken down by Roblox's AI moderation"
We don't know, Roblox hasn't given us any clues as to what violations FPE:S breaks. The game was suddenly out of nowhere removed from the platform, though we can still access it on Studio, just not accessible by the public. We also have to appeal the game to get it back up if we can get Roblox staff to manually review our game. For context, Roblox has been working on their AI moderation, which recently made it take down several games for unspecified reasons. It's frustrating that they aren't transparent about their upcoming changes to their developers.

"Will my kills & survivals be transferred over to the new experience/game?"
Unfortunately no due to datastores being different for each experience/game, even if you evidence of your stats. Even if we could, it'd be way too much tickets for our staff & devs to process.

"Is gamepass content like Alice, vip & swap skins unaffected?"
Yes, they're not affected and will easily migrate if we have to make a new experience.

"Is badge content like event skins unaffected?"
Same as the previous gamepass question, they're aight

"Can I get a refund for the gamepasses and/or delta shards?"
No we're not obligated for refunds. All robux purchases are final.

"Will gifted gamepasses be restored like gamepasses?"
No, due to gifted passes being tied to datastores. Would be cool if Roblox added actual gamepass gifting instead of us having to manually make our own.
Gifted pass functionality will most likely be removed for the recode (or being able "gift" gamepasses if the game gets back up to avoid these issues in the future).

Also, bug reports forum has been archived in the meantime

Истинная причина блокировки игры
🥛: опять всем хай, наконец-то разработчикам FPE:S ответил реальный человек и рассказал настоящую причину блокировки игры.
Был найден в плейсе ник для Инстаграмма (ГДЕ БЛЯТЬ ВЫ ЕГО НАШЛИ) содержащий личную информацию, Питер (тот кто ответил на аппиляцию) попросил удалить ник и опубликовать игру ещё раз для повторной проверки.

🥛: данная ситуация как раз таки связана с баном фпе:с т.к на их миниатюре был добавлен ник пользователя Инстаграмма (ну как я пон)

🥛: я заметила что некоторые жалуются на то что у них пропал легаси фпе:с, он все ещё есть в роблоксе и относится в возврастной группе: moderate (4 категория), так что не паникуйте так
