蓝军 POC 已经做出了 UPH 比赛获胜后的选择，从北京时间 2 月 20 日 02:00 至 3 月 26 日 02:00 之间，Ingress 游戏规则将发生如下改变：
忠诚 - 玩家从本阵营 Portal 上入侵/Hack 获得的道具增加 20%，从对立阵营的 Portal 上入侵/Hack 获得的道具减少 50%
