Telegram Beta has updated its Android media playback engine to ExoPlayer 2.19.1, bringing behind-the-scenes improvements to video and audio playback.
The update is expected to improve playback stability, streaming compatibility, seeking, and bug handling across different Android devices. Users may notice fewer media playback issues, although there are no major new features directly associated with this change.
(In short: Telegram is upgrading the technology behind its media player for a smoother and more reliable playback experience.)

In the information economy of the 21st century, unique specialists with non-standard thinking are in demand. Such people emerge in conditions where numerous, absolutely different educational programs compete with each other.
Progressive states of the future will abandon excessive standardization of school curricula, providing a field for local experimentation. In the current economic uncertainty and rapid changes, education officials simply cannot know which skills and knowledge will be in demand in 5 or 10 years. Their activity in standardizing school curricula is a dangerous game of roulette, where the future of an entire nation is bet on a single arbitrary number.
He wrote about this on his Russian-language Telegram channel. He even skipped 4th class, jumping from 3rd >> 5th, and at 16 y.o. he entered university.
