📰 Telegram is imposing a lifetime limit on story posting for non-premium users, the tginfo team discovered.

❤️ Non-premium accounts can still post stories without a premium subscription, but only if the account hasn't posted 3 or more stories in its lifetime. ☝️ By the way, the developers confirmed that this isn't a bug or an error, but a necessary measure. Since stories are actively used by spammers.

📰 The beta version 12.5 for Telegram iOS has a smart date recognition function. 📅 Now every date is clickable, and can be recognized in n days or tomorrow, and time can be maintained. When you click on the dates, there are three options.

1. 📄 Just copy to the clipboard.

2. 📅 Adding a calendar to the native application. This is a classic addition of an event, but it is tied to a certain date and time (can be changed).

3. ➡️ Forwarding the entire message to "Saved Messages". However, it doesn't work in copy-protected chats. The time when this messages will arrive is also configured by you. It's useful if the notifications in the groups are muted.

📰 The Telegram 12.5 beta for iOS now allows to prevent your contact in private message 📷 from copying/saving/forwarding/screenshotting messages. This option is available when editing a contact.

📰 The option to block forwarding in PMs can also be enabled in the privacy settings. This will enable this protection in all 1-on-1 chats by default.

⚠️ As you may have noticed, this is a premium feature. It doesn't work at the server level.
