โ๏ธ Weโve removed the People Nearby feature, which was used by less than 0.1% of Telegram users, but had issues with bots and scammers.
๐ In its place, we will be launching โBusinesses Nearbyโ, showcasing legitimate, verified businesses. These businesses will be able to display product catalogs and accept payments seamlessly.
โ๏ธ Weโve also disabled new media uploads to Telegraph, our standalone blogging tool, which seems to have been misused by anonymous actors.
โ๏ธ While 99.999% of Telegram users have nothing to do with crime, the 0.001% involved in illicit activities create a bad image for the entire platform, putting the interests of our almost billion users at risk.
โ Thatโs why this year we are committed to turn moderation on Telegram from an area of criticism into one of praise.

With today's update, groups and channels can use Telegram Stars as prizes in Giveaways. Also, any article you open in the Telegram Browser can now be converted to Instant View, making it easy to read.

Unigram Has Updated to Version 11.1
The Unigram client for Windows 10 and 11 has been updated with new features.
Whatโs new:
โข Support for Telegram Stars giveaways.
โข View star reactions and subscriptions in the transactions window and โMy Starsโ menu.
โข Full author profiles can now be displayed in channels (Super Channels).
โข Added a button to open the privacy policy in bots.
โข Support for Star Reactions
โข The auto-delete account period can now be set to 18 or 24 months.
โข You can now forward messages to forum topics.
โข Added support for Quick Replies from Telegram Business feature set.
And Also:
โข The โPeople Nearbyโ menu has been removed.
โข The delete drafts button has been moved to storage settings.
โข Numerous bugs have been fixed.
Updating from Unigram version 10.x:
This does not apply to users who installed Unigram from the Microsoft Store. Starting from version 11, Unigram has changed its digital signature. Version 11.x will install as a new app. You will need to log in again and manually remove the old version.
