Topics Improvement #new

The application now remembers the last choice when enabling the "View as messages" interface and does not revert back to the "View as topics" when switch back and forth between chats.

In the "View as messages" interface, there's no need to swipe to reply; instead, the message will default target#️⃣General (General topic needs to be open).

The placeholder "Message in topic_name" is used to inform the user where the message is going, and it dynamically changes depending on which message is being replied to and in which topic [1750688].
