Telegram group calls

In the source code of the native Telegram client for macOS, strings responsible for group calls were seen.

Most likely, any admin (or admin with special permission) can start a group call, and chat participants can connect to it.

The Beta version of Telegram for Android introduces group audio calls.

The group call can be started by an administrator with special permission for this.

There are two options for group calls:
- Everyone can talk.
- Only admins can speak.

Android notification channels/categories only for customised chats

Telegram for android finally decided to get rid of creating system notification channels/categories for each chat. From 7.3 beta onwards one default channel is created and new channel is created only for a specific chat with custom settings (similar to Telegram X)

🆕 Voice chats in groups

- Groups will support voice chat with upcoming release.
- Now only creator can create voice chat.
- Admins with manage voice chat permission can manage voice chat.
- Admins can decide if everyone is allowed to speak or only admins.
- An invite link for voice chats can be shared.
