Telegram Desktop updated to stable version 2.4.4

What's new:
- Shortcut to open contacts Ctrl + Shift + N.
- Close the media viewer if the photo or video is deleted.
- Warning when opening SVG file.
- Updated OpenAL library for Windows.
- The "Mark as read" button will be hidden from the notification if the application is locked with a local password.
- Fixed crash of the application at the end of the conversation.
- Fixed missing ownership transfer button for non-anonymous group admins.
- Minor fixes and improvements.
