Not a lot of people know that since 2008, the US has had a patent on a "Hurricane and tornado control device "US20030085296A1-.https://patents.google.com/patent/US20030085296A1/en. The word control means that the DARK SIDE can use that to generate, increase or decrease the intensity of the tornadoes/ or hurricanes.
