Mark Phillips mentions briefly the introduction of explaining how Timothy Mcveigh was targeted and mind controlled in order to do his crimes. I am just starting the video (last time I saw it was 3 years ago) and heard this and wanted to post the video clip. I do not know if they explain more about Timothy Mcveigh in this testimony, however it is a remark I wanted to share. This is not the first mass shooter I have heard was targeted/mind controlled. They did an unbelievable job of assimilation of information to save themselves. They contacted everyone. Time magazine, congressman , everyone, so that if they died it would become obvious they were killed. Mark Phillips (her rescuer) was basically a genius
