Some poor bastard, who probably had kleptomania or some kind of mental illnes refused to stop stealing until "all his extremities had been cut off". Somehow he continued to steal even with no hands or feet and was eventually executed for his thefts. The Quran (86:6–7) states that semen comes from between the backbone and the ribs. However, semen is produced in the testicles and stored in the seminal vesicles, not in the area between the chest and spine.
