This scammers are contest a art competition and they lend money to submit art work and then they say you have been selected for this position and you will get certificates, scholarship, Medals, Trophies , and Cash prize
I submitted 3 artwork fees of Rs.249 and they said you won Medals, certificates, scholarship and cash prize they said To reach the winning kit I have to pay Rs.899 as delivery charge
And I paid they sent me news letter of their article and certificates but not the Medals. They doesn't responded anymore 😔
